Robot Cell Review

Independent technical assessment

An independent engineer’s view of one robot cell — before you commit, or while it misses its target. A fixed-price, remote-first engineering review of feasibility, reach, interference, cycle-time realism and layout. It is an engineering assessment, not hands-on electrical fault-finding.

01 / WHO

Who it’s for

  • Integrators who need a reach, layout or cycle-time feasibility check turned round for a quote
  • Manufacturers about to commit to a new cell who want a vendor-neutral second opinion
  • Manufacturers with a cell running below target who need to know why, and what fixing it would take
02 / INCLUDED

What’s included

One agreed cell, concept or workflow.

  • Review of feasibility, reach and interference risks, cycle-time realism, layout and safety-concept observations
  • Targeted simulation where it helps (ABB RobotStudio, KUKA.Sim or Robotmaster)
  • 20-minute fit call before the quote
  • 60-minute remote readout call
03 / DELIVERABLES

What you receive

  • Written review that states its assumptions
  • Screenshots from any targeted simulation
  • Prioritised risk and action register — each item with an effort estimate, stated confidence and limitations
  • A clear recommendation: go / revise / investigate further
  • Report and any simulation files handed over
  • Optional: a scoped proposal for a Simulation Sprint or Integration Support
04 / PROCESS

How it runs

  1. 20-minute fit call → scope and quote within two working days
  2. You send what you have: layout / CAD (STEP), robot model, part data, cycle target, photos or video of the existing cell
  3. Written findings, typically 5–10 working days from complete inputs and deposit
  4. Readout call; report and any simulation files handed over
05 / TIMELINE

How long it takes

  • Fit call: 20 minutes
  • Scope and quote: within two working days of the fit call
  • Written findings: typically 5–10 working days from complete inputs and deposit
  • Readout: 60-minute call when the report is delivered
06 / OUT OF SCOPE

Not included unless added in writing

  • Full offline programming (see Simulation Sprint)
  • On-site work, PLC / HMI, vision
  • Safety sign-off, CE / UKCA marking
  • Electrical fault-finding or repair of drives, power supplies or controller hardware
  • Any guarantee of operational performance or regulatory compliance

The review is based on the documentation, data and access you supply, and states its assumptions.
